Turf and Lawn

Options: 100% Organic or Hybrid Programs (recommended).

Organic: 100% organic fertilizing and weed control.

Hybrid: 100% organic program and in addition two traditional pre-emergent applications to prevent weeds.  If you do not do the pre-emergent, you will have weeds.

  • 9 treatments per year with additional options
  • Minimum price – $85 per visit
  • Average pricing – $90-100 a visit
  • Flower/rock beds and any non-grass or turf areas not included

Pest Control

We use organic sprays, essential oil, cedar and citrus based products to kill and repel pests from your home as well as bait systems inside to kill any pests inside. We will send you a reminder a few days before coming so if you want us to come inside we can treat inside. If you are not home we will treat the outside only and you can call us for an appointment if you have issues and need us to come inside. Retreatments do not push back quarterly treatment dates.

Quarterly service starts at just $129 with a $199 initial treatment. Prices are determined by the square footage of your home.

We do not offer one-time pest control.

Wildlife

Our rodent program is serviced monthly to ensure you have the best protection at all times. Initial monthly service starts at $149 for a prevention program and $299 for a home that requires a trapping service. Monthly service begins at just $65 to keep your home rodent free.

Termites

We are different because we come out twice a year to inspect your baits giving you extra protection and visibility into issues earlier!

(this assumes nothing is found at the time of inspection!)

Prices are as low as $699 for your initial inspection, installation of termite bait stations, and first year bond.

Annual bonds start at just $300.
